Dr. Marianne Regnier:
Dr Marianne Regnier was born Marianne Musgrave in Fort Collins Colorado. She has lived in Colorado, Alaska, Montana, Wyoming, Washington and California. She started working in Veterinary Medicine in High School as a Veterinary Assistant. Through the years of work and school, it became clear that becoming a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine was the only career she would be happy in. After 18 years as a Veterinary Technician, she was able to realize the dream of becoming a Doctor with the love and support of her husband AJ. She graduated Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 2006. We moved back to California and have been working in the area since. We bought Ventura Veterinary Hospital in 2011 and have been happy to be here since the purchase!

Dr. Aj Regnier:
AJ was born in Ojai, California and has lived in the Ventura area most of his life. He is a Navy combat veteran that served 6 years, including multiple tours of combat duty, in defense of our Country. He decided to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian after receiving an honorable discharge from the Navy, and graduated from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 1997. He returned to California with Dr. Marianne and has been practicing in the area since (with a few years back in Colorado for his wife Marianne to achieve her doctorate). His career has been very fulfilling even with multiple, serious personal health challenges. The purchase of Ventura Veterinary Hospital by Dr. AJ and Dr. Marianne has allowed him to continue to work alongside Dr. Marianne while taking care of his personal health. His personal interests beyond caring for animals include computers, movies, gaming, reading, and outdoor sports.
